Art Madrid is returning this year for its 15th edition at Crystal Gallery of the Cibeles Palace, a unique scenario in Madrid´s artistic center. Art Madrid’20 presents a multidisciplinary fair in which about 40 national and international galleries can participate working with painting, sculpture, printmaking, photography and video art from the twentieth century onwards.
Art Madrid confirms itself as dynamic and professional fair in which thousands of collectors, curators, independent critics and professional art dealers from all over the world enjoy an agenda which brings together the principal contemporary art fairs, events and activities of all kinds.
The fair offers two programs, one general program devoted to galleries and the #OneProject Programme focusing on unedited, multidisciplinary and specific projects. This edition has the enigmatic title of Wild Art Madrid and goes one step further in this section, turning it into a place for dialogue, in which 9 artists will share a space and present specific unedited projects for the fair. The programme will be directed by the art critic and independent curator, Fernando Gómez de la Cuesta.
You can also enjoy an agenda focused on video creation, action art and performance under the curatorship of Mario Gutiérrez Cru. Art Madrid continues continues promoting synergies and collaborations with institutions and cultural agents.
