Curated by Tashkeel Founder and Director, HH Sheikha Lateefa bint Maktoum bin Rashid Al Maktoum, this year’s exhibition includes over 100 artists from the UAE and beyond. The artworks span various media, including fine art, sculpture, mixed media, jewellery, photography, digital art, and graphic design. Materials used by the artists include vegan silk, stainless steel, clay, paper, gold, sand, and artificial intelligence.

The diverse range of artists reflects Tashkeel’s commitment to nurturing skills and knowledge, beginning with Emirati talent and extending to international creators. Around 20 Emirati artists are featured this year, with participants from Germany, Russia, Japan, Jordan, Egypt, Pakistan, India, Syria, Lebanon, and Palestine.

The exhibition opened with a reception on 11 June at FN Designs, Alserkal Avenue (Warehouse 26), running until 27 August. Karam Hoar, Marketing & Communications Manager at Tashkeel, emphasised the organisation’s aim to provide facilities, space, and programmes that enable artists to explore creative opportunities and deliver their best work. He also highlighted the accessibility of artistic expression for all ages and abilities.
