GALLERY STATEMENT

Al markhiya gallery is the oldest privately owned gallery in Qatar, promoting and representing a distinctive group of emerging and recognised Arab artists in Qatar, the region and throughout the world. The aim of al markhiya gallery is to promote the development of the Arab art world locally and globally by building important regional and
international networks of contemporary Arab artists. al markhiya provides established and emerging creatives exposure opportunities, also by seeking out partnerships and collaborative opportunities with other major galleries globally.

Our professional network provides for the exchanges of exhibitions and increases exposure for local and regional talent. al markhiya gallery consults with individual collectors and corporate clients, assessing their needs and proposing consistent collection strategies that reflect their specific interests.
