Nada Boulos Auction presents Works from the Collection of the Late Yole Rizk, Founder of the Delta International Art Center (1972 – 1975), an online auction taking place from March 8 to March 10, 2025. This carefully curated sale showcases a selection of modern artworks from Yole Rizk’s personal collection, reflecting her lasting influence on Beirut’s art scene.

Yole Rizk was a pivotal figure in the Lebanese art world, encouraging dialogue between Lebanon, the Mediterranean, and international artists. As the founder of the Delta International Art Center, she created a space dedicated to artistic experimentation and cross-cultural exchange rather than just commercial representation. Many of the works featured in this auction were originally exhibited at Delta or acquired directly from artists involved in its programming.

Notable names in the sale include Aref El Rayess, Paul Guiragossian, Joumana Bayazid El Husseini, Helen El-Khal, Elie Kanaan, and Georges Cyr. These artists played a crucial role in defining Beirut’s cultural landscape in the 1970s.

Collectors and art enthusiasts will have the opportunity to view the collection at a public exhibition held at Dar El-Nimer for Arts & Culture from March 6 to March 10, 2025. The preview will provide an in-depth look at the artistic legacy cultivated by Rizk and the Delta International Art Center. Bidding will take place exclusively online.

As part of the event’s programming, Nada Boulos Auction will host a round table discussion titled Women Shaping Art: The Legacy of Yole Rizk and Beirut’s Pioneering Gallery Delta International Art Center on Friday, March 7, at 3:30 PM at Dar El-Nimer. Moderated by Nada Boulos Al Assaad, the panel will feature Georges Boustani, Carla Chammas, Karina El Helou, and Saleh Barakat.
